Rivada Networks is a communications technology company focusing on the areas of public safety and first responder networks and applications, conceptualization, design and deployment.  Rivada Networks currently executes long term contracts in its sphere of discipline for several public safety agencies and government organizations.

Cable Bulgaria Cable Bulgaria, now known as CableTel, is a communications and media company based in Sophia, Bulgaria.  The company was founded by the Ganley Group in 2000 to provide broadband cable media services and deploy digital high speed, high bandwidth data services to households and to small, medium and large businesses in towns and cities through Bulgaria.  Cable Bulgaria owned Den TV and UTV, Bulgaria’s leading TV news service and is now the largest cable network in Bulgaria.  High quality programming content was developed during its ownership by the Ganley Group.  The Group divested its remaining stake in 2003.

Broadnet Broadnet was founded in 1998 and quickly became the largest Pan European Broadband wireless communications company.  Headquartered in Brussels, the Company successfully won”wireless local loop” licences in over 10 European countries including Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Austria, The Czech Republic and Poland.  The company also purchased licences in London, Geneva and Zurich, giving it one of the largest telecommunications footprints in Europe. In 1998, Comcast was brought in as majority shareholder in Broadnet.
