James O'Reilly is the Chief Operating Officer of Rivada Networks and joined the Ganley Group from Andersen Consulting's Strategy Practice. His primary area of focus is project and program management of consulting engagements in the communications and high tech industries.
His engagements have focussed on market analysis, e-commerce strategy and implementation, post-merger integration, operating model design, and implementation and go-to-market related business process change. James holds BE and MEngSc degrees from the National University of Ireland, Galway and an MBA from INSEAD
